Remington 597 replacement spring for 30rd magazine?

I bought this mag 2-3 years ago, loaded it for the first time last night and the spring broke into 3 pieces.

The new company that is making Remingtons (Remarms.com) lists the 597 as discontinued as of 2019. You could still try to find out if they have replacement parts. Maybe a spring from another similar hi capacity mag would work? Savage A22 for example.
