Remington 600 mag kit conversion

I have not done it personally, but have compared the hole spacing many times. You would need to drill a new rear action screw hole dangerously close to the end of the tang, and then it would also function better with a model 7 trigger aswell. The 600/660 trigger rides fairly far forward in the trigger housing. If you are using a model 7 bottom metal the factory 609 trigger will sit fairly far forward in the triggerguard.

I believe a buddy of mine on here has a 609 with a factory model 7 floorplate assemble fitted and perhaps he will chime in, in what was required.
