Like the title says I am trying to figure out if remington 7-1/2 is the same as remington small rifle benchrest? I was on the phone with a rep from remington today and she said that it was but she did not sound overly sure. Just want to double check before I order some

What eagleye said. it is a bit of a misnomer, since all cartridges larger than .22 Hornet and .218 bee are loaded by Remington with their "bench rest" primer. It is standard in the .222, .223, 22-250, etc.
