Looks good! I have M700 short action that I am thinking about turning into the old 250. I have a pile of once fired brass and feeling nostalgic about the first center fire caliber I ever had.

That is a beautiful 250. I have a Classic that shoots great but I don’t hunt with it. A little model 7 s/s in .250 Savage would be a nice all weather bush gun. Chris

I have a#2- 1-7.5 25 Cal barrel and a SS LH Remington action and CDL stock making me look at that 250 - 3000 Reamer on the EE would be a Kool way to put it all together if I didn't already have a 7mm08 barrel barrel designated for it

I have a 700 Classic and it shot a .123" 3 shot group at 100 yards. Win brass/Fed mag primer/100gr Sierra SP/41gr-Win 760............this is 2 gr over MAX and fine in my rifle it may not be in yours [NOT FOR SAVAGE 99's] Deadly on deer out to 300 yards haven't tried further.

Very nice; I love the .250-3000!
I currently have one of the Classics that shoots easily MOA and is a real treat to shoot.
I also have a Savage 16 that Dennis AI'd for me about 5 years ago. It acheives half-inch groups at .257 Roberts velocities.

As others have said, an extra-light .250 in a Model Seven would be a heck of a rifle too.
