Hello All

Looking for some ideas to upgrade my Remington 700 .300RUM.... Tired of the OEM that came with the rifle

I've already changed trigger and added a mussel break

would like some suggestions on stocks, extractor etc.. lets pick your brains

pictures of your project welcomed
 
I put a Boyd's thumbhole stock on mine. It really soaks up the recoil into the web of your hand. I also had mine rebarrelled but likely got the worst barrel Shilen ever produced because the rifle will not shoot now. I've tried just about every powder and pill I can think of and I can get close to 1 moa with 190 Berger hunters but everything else is 2 MOA.

The extractor mod has never appealed to me as I have never experienced a problem with the factory design. I am considering having a side bolt release cut in. An extended mag box and a new bolt handle installed. If I ever get it to shoot.
 
Well I'm looking to add a Magpul Hunter stock on it and mag Box... I've already changed the trigger just want to fiddle with it and make it into a nice looking gun
