Remington 700 CDL 375 H&H.

I'm currently looking at buying a Remington 700 CDL in 375 H&H.

Just wondering if anyone has one out there and what do they think of it.

The C is my favourite grade of Remington. Normally I prefer dangerous game cartridges in CRF rifles but the 375 has a lot of uses outside of dangerous game so it wouldn't give me the willies to use such a rifle. Just wouldn't choose to face-shoot jumbo with one.

Mine was an xcr but got cut down to 21", sights stripped, McMillan, 1.5-5 VX3 with talleys for a 7.5lb recoil machine. Shoots great.

Good luck, very hard to find new ones as the only CDL made in .375 H&H is the 100th Anniversary edition. The CDL is no longer made in that calibre, you can get it in the XCR II or used CDL. I would love to have the 100th anniversary, not sure how many are out there though
