Remington 700 magazine question.

Will the 700 BDL magazines fit the 700 SPS DM? Are all remingtion 700 detachable magazines the same?

If not where would I find magazines for this rifle?

BDL is an internal magazine with a drop away bottom, not a detach magazine.

I really don't understand what you need. If you want to put the BDL bottom metal in a DM stock, it should fit no problem. If you want to put a DM bottom metal in a BDL stock, it will need some fitting. But the screw holes line up on both.

Im looking for a spare detachable magazine for a 700 SPS DM in .30-06

Just about any sporting goods store that sells Remington 700 DM rifles will usually stock spare mags. If not try Brownells.

You probably want a long action non magnum detachable mag. My R700 SPS DM is long action not short.
