Remington 700 milspec tactical 5R??

Who sells Remington M700 milspec tactical in stainless with the 5R barrel? I'm looking for one... Is it the best of the Rem 700 family accuracy wise?

Let me ask you guys that own one of these, are they worth the money? How much more accurate are they then say a 700P for $300-$400 less, or a Savage for even less?

Yes they are, very nice stock, and with Load development it shot all ammo at about 1 to 1.25 Moa at worse and shot good ammo into smaller groups.
The police does not have the M-24 rifle cut barrel.
But i have no doubts the police is as accurate.
