Remington 700 youth model differences?

Other than the stock are there any other differences between this and the regular remington 700?

Barrels are 20" and stock is 1" shorter.

So once I put on a regular stock it'll be the same as a regula $500-$600 Remington 700? Can I add all the regular aftermarket parts that most people put on their 700s?

Yes, same/same, except regular SPS 700's have 24" barrels.
