Remington 700P Price Check

I can get a 700P .223 for close to $1000 (used - no scope/bipod etc). This feels to be a bit too much. How much should they be going for?

I'm in the market for one (223), will buy when my RPAL comes in (a month hopefully).

That's too much IMHO, I've seen new ones for 1005.00, but in 308.

I paid $1020 brand new last month for mine in 308 from wolverine. I think the 223 was slightly more, according to their price list.

There seems to be a rythmn of sorts on the 'ee' for 700P's for weeks nothing then a few appear in the same day......Keep your eyes peeled

not to crack open a necro post but,

I put mine on the EE and I wanted to have your opinion on the price.

Wolverine has them for 1320 retail... Am i asking too much ?

I really hate to mention this but Delselin has a new one in 223 for $1149, I think.

I have been keeping an eye on it for future use.
