I posted a similar thread a couple of months ago. I've mainly been doing pistol shooting so had sidelined the "fix up my 700PSS" project.
Anyway, can someone please recommend a recoil pad that they have personally used / seen used on a 700P. I need some more length - recoil reduction is not the ultimate aim - and would like one that I can fit myself pretty easily since I am not set up with tools etc at home.
I also have a Karsten cheek pad which I am itching to install, but I know I need to get the stock extended first.
