I was supposed to buy a 700P from them a while back but decided to go with my Savage 10FPLE instead, which I bought from P&D Enterprises also without any doubts...
I am doing this thread so that all you 700P fans outhere, can check them out.

A couple of Remy's 700P came in today (April 17th) at: www.p-d-ent.com

How much are they....and what cal(s) ,there site has not been touched since april 11th

They usually update their site on Tuesdays...I'll assume the price is between $1050-$1100. I didn't ask them. At least one in .308...

a stock P without any upgrades and before tax shouldn't be more than $950.00

Wholesale sports charges 919.95 for the .223 and .308 700p and 959.95 for the .300 Ultra Mag

wholesale sports $920
Alberta Tactical Rifle $935

i would have bought mine at P&D if the price was right................

Cannot go wrong on those prices but then again, I might be wrong for the $1000+ prices I told you guys.

The dogs name is Mulder, roams free in the store & is like a mascot..

Talked to a buddy of mine who just bought a 700P today from P&D..All in .308 & a just few in stock but there's just one or 2 left.

my god - what terrible gun prices @ P&D

Oh my god!!! I see the Sako 7mm Finnlight is $0.05 more at P+D than at Wholesale Sports.

I have bought four guns at P+D in just over a year and all of them have been priced fairly. Also I do not have to go up to the counter and take a number off of a dispenser that sits on the counter and wait for my number to be called at P+D. That is worth 5 cents to me. Their store and service is great.

I look at Remington Model 7 00 light varmint in 223, $150 more than Russell Sports or Wholesale or SIR...thats alot of powder

This gives me memories of Wholesalesports too.. Yeah, you don't wait at all when at P&D. If they don't have it, they'll find it.

Wholesale Sports Remington .308

This isn't a put down of Wholesale Sports at all. I have no axe to grind with them. I did email them about the Rem. .308 @ $919.00 which I was going to buy in May when I was in Calgary. They said today they didn't have any and didn't plan on ordering any more in the near future. So I guess the price at P&D (or anywhere else) is a moot point.

Sir Mail Order

Oh yeah, I wouldn't bother contacting SIR either as they told me they don't carry it (Remington 700 PS) and can't get it for some reason.

Wholesale has #### all in stock 90% of the time so who cares if there price is less. For example if you wanted one from us we can have it in stock less than a week but the price is going to be a bit higher, ask wholesale to bring some in and they will tell you to come back in 6months. To be honest if you do not pay the extra bit of money you probably do not want it bad enough, and will wait the extra while which is OK to.

Although i love the Wholesale in Lethbridge, I have had nothing but troubles with the one in Edmonton, and i too have been willing to pay a little extra to deal with P&D. I bought a police model from P&D for jsut over a thousand bucks and I stand by my purchase. P&D is always beyond pleasant to shop in, and does have some great deals that you would never find at WholeSale.
Not to mention their staff actually know what theyr'e talking bout.
yep, memories of me standing at the counter at wholesale listening to buddy tell me that Remington doesn't produce 9mm ammunition in 100 round boxes; and me trying to explain that just because they don't carry it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
