Remington 7600 Pump

Just read a magazine article about these new rifles and remembered how I used to like taking my father's old Remy pump in 30-06 into the woods. Kicked like a damn mule (for a 15 yr old) but it was very reliable, as I recall.

What are the new ones like? Anybody know?
