Hey Experts,

Had a Remington 7615 in my hands the other day and kinda fell in love with it. Looking to buy my own but before I do I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with them and what kind of accuracy I can expect from it. It comes chambered for .223 with a 18.5" barrel and 1:9 twist.

Cheers,

I like mine an I think its very accurate with the ghost ring sight, its a handy walk around when I go out with my dogs. Its cat & wolf country here.

Useless? I'm not sure the rules on 30rd mags in Canada, but I'm pretty sure they are not legally allowed in the mini or any other centerfire firearm, and even if they are I'd still take the 7615 anyday for quick accurate fire over the mini. I've had many 7600s over the years and with the right load and sometimes several they would all shoot 1moa and under. If you like it I would certainly recommed it over the mini, unless of course you have a hoard of killer barns attacking you at something inside 100 yds, cause that is about all the mini is good for, minis are fun, but accurate, no way, and remember it's best if the barns are broadside. The new target mini is supposed to be not bad, but I think the 7615 would still have as good or better potential.

ps. you will probably get more feedback under the hunting sporting arms area.
