Don't read a lot about these and was wondering if any one has one and how they function. Are they just modified 7600 or 870 receivers etc. I am a pump gun shooter and was thinking of getting one in 223 for coyote. Thanks in advance for your feedback

I have a Tac model, my favorite close range coyote rifle. 16" 9 twist barrel will shoot hand loads under an inch. Very reliable. It is a 870 20g reciever with an AR15 magwell.

Nice gun. Ok so does that mean I can switch the stock and put a reg 870 20ga syn on it , is there a 5 shot mag made for it and where do you buy them??Sorry for all the questions.

The US will not allow the Tac model to be exported anymore so if you buy a new one it will have a normal stock. any stock that fits the 20g 870 should fit, ie the knoxx. They came with a 10rd mag, not sure if thats still the case. Any Remington dealer can supply them, I bought mine at WSS.

7600/7615/870 20 gauge all take the same stocks for sure. I didnt care for my facotry stock and swapped it for an 870 20 gauge one.

the only big complaint I have, is the iron sight radius is short, so get a ghost ring model, rather than the open sight. other than that, real handy gun and I love it.

They take standard AR mags - you can find them all over the place. They work great with the LAR-15 10 round mags.

You need to hold the pump hand quite far out in front while pumping to avoid hitting the mag well with your wrist so if you have short arms I don't think you will like this gun.

I'd like to try a vertical grip up front but I don't think anyone makes railed fore ends so that would be another project.....

I made an adapter out of an 870 single point receiver sling loop by reshaping the 870 male end of the adapter to fit the receiver on a 7600.
It works well and lets me use 870 stocks on the 7600/7615
