yes, you just can't use 3" rounds thru it

You may have to change the mag cap to keep it tight pending what style is on it now.

I think there was an 870 special field wing master with the straight english stock. Apperantlly the reciever tang on the barrel is longer in this model and will not fit the regular 870 reciever. I could be wrong on this but some one told me this awhile ago.
