Might be dumb question but I still need to know !

Today I went to a gunshow and I bought a nice Remington 870 Express Magnum with a rifled barrel. I also got a deal over a lot of Slugs ( rifled and not) buckshots and few birdshots.

Not A friend of mine told me to check first if my gun can shoot any type of slugs (rifles and not) buckshot and birdshot without damaging g my rifling.

Any info on this please .

Wrong. Bird shot does not go through a rifled barrel. And rifled slugs will make that barrel super dirty in a short time. Buckshot is a no go ad well.

The loads you mentioned will NOT damage your barrel. But it will lead it terribly and be a real job to clean. The main drawback is that shot and buckshot will actually spin and throw terrible patterns. Foster type slugs will shoot well initially then start to wander as the rifling starts to lead up. Hard cast lead slugs will shoot well as will sabot style slugs. I traded mine (rifled) years ago for the more versatile slug smooth bore barrel.

Rifled shotgun barrels are ment for sabot style slugs ,however you can shoot all the loads you bought threw it you will just have to spend a ton of time cleaning your barrel to get all the lead out of the rifling ,you will not damage your barrel with any lead shot as lead is a lot softer then your barrel ,,I hunt with some lead rifled slugs out of my 870 rifled barrel becoues thy are cheap and I get great groups with challenge slugs from my rifled barrel ,I do not shot that many rounds so it is not to bad to clean ,I have two slug guns that I use well deer hunting first is a 20g pump that has a great scope .I use it for long range slug shooting fields and blocking on drives ,if I am dogging in thick cover I use a 12g 870 with rifled barrel and sights and lead slugs for close range punch threw brush a big one oz slug ,works great ,,Dutch

Keep it simple, the rifled barrel is ment to shoot sabot slugs meaning slugs with no rifling on the outside of it. However you can use it to shoot buck shot but with poor results, Lead shot will dirty your barrel and steel shot will most likely damage your rifiling in the barrel. If you can get a smothe bore barrel you can use buck shot, bird shot and rifiled slugs in it and it would not be a pain to clean.
