Remington action screws

We require Remington 700 action screws which are 1 3/4" longer than stock for custom stocks. Any help would be appreciated.

Western gun parts in Edmonton maybe? I've gotten gunsmith screws from them before and you just have to trim them to what you need. Not sure if they are 1 3/4 longer or not but might be worth a shot

X 2 for WGP, I ordered normal Rem action screws from them last month. Called them up, took my credit card info and 4 days later I got the package in the mail. Dealt with a nice young lady, was very helpful.

1.75" longer than stock? I'd start with Brownells stock fitting screws to begin with, then hit one of the fastener stores. I doubt Irv will have anything that oddball. - dan

I believe that the thread size of the 700 action screws is a standard 1/4"-28, so, ask for oval head machine screws, or 1/4"-28 socket head in the length you need.

Western gun parts Edmonton normally has the 1 3/4 inch action screws in stock. The last ones I purchased had the description "106299 screw " on the invoice , if that helps.
