Hey everyone,
Can a ordinary Remington dealer order any of these shotguns just like an Express or other Remington product?
I am looking at a few of them:#4421, 4419, 4888.
They seem to be a very robust shotgun!!
Thanks,
Steve

Thanks Highspeed and Busta-i will def give them a call;Epps is a few hours drive from me-thats ok too! I don`t mind doing mail order out of province either if I know there is good service and price:)
Steve

The difference between an LEO/military shotgun and a regular one is the finish. There's nothing special about them other than that. An 870 is an 870.

Thanks Craftsman,
I thought there was more than just a cosmetic difference-just couldn`t find the thread where I read it.
Are the LE/Mil shotguns available from Wholesale,Sir or P&D?
Steve

Anybody know it the Remington MCS system is available in Canada?

MCS = Modular Combat Shotgun

Here's the website for those that haven't heard of it

Not that I am aware of, and for what I understand the USDS won't let anything shorter than 16" out of the country... IF we could get the longer pipe I'm sure DLASK could hook us up with a 10". I'd get one for sure.

Thanks for the info.

cheers

Ix is correct. The State Department won't approve export permits for short barreled shotguns (or the short replacement barrels for that matter). Having said that, it sure would be nice to own one of those MCS kits....

Update....
Got some prices on the 3 Rem numbers i mentioned in the first post (4419,4421,4888) and they are approx $850ish.
Does this sound reasonable to you? I was originally thinking around the 5 to 6 hundred range....so they are a little more than i thought.
Big question; are these guns worth that and what else should i look at in that price range? ($850)

"...There's more to it than just..." That's what the marketing types said 30 years ago about the Mossberg 500(there was one that held 8 rounds and took an M-16 bayonet) and Win 70A Police.
