Remington Model 14 scope bases

yes they do, i believe the 20A should work my rifle but #27 made to be mounted on the barrel, my rifle is drilled on the receiver only. mine is drilled tapped on the waffle part of the action
 
None of my 14’s are d&t so this is just a WAG on my part, but probably several decades ago a feller’ walked into a shop and needed a scope mounted. Smith didn’t have a 20 or 27 mount so used a one piece Weaver mount that he had. I would look for one that lines up close even if you have to modify a hole or two.
 
it may had a one piece base, but there are 4 holes and the 20A base fits. The holes for the front base are in the waffle part of the action
