I generally like Reminton bolt-action rimfires, esp. if an underbarrel magazine is involved. The one you mentioned is called a "value-model" and feeds from a detachable magazine, has the barrel "semi-free-floated" due to the materials used, and seems to be made in Serbia, of all places. It's worth a look; price-wise it can go from $250-$350 in the U.S. for the .22 LR (haven't seen Cdn prices yet).
