Remington Model 7 Predator in Canada yet?

Wondering if any Canukians have one yet or got to molest one at a gunshop. Are they shooters?

should be nice rifles indeed, I would expect them to group just as well as a heavy barrel gun for the first few shots. Gonna be great rigs for the walking predator hunter who might shoot 1-3 rounds a day but hike 10 KM

Looks like a nice rig! I have not seen one in gun shops yet though. I was in a shop yesterday and they said tey can't keep any rifles in any varmint caliber in stock--they are flying off the shelves!

Wholesale Sports in Saskatoon has 3 of them(last week).Really nice rifle,like TB said they will be a great walking rifle.

Looks like a great rig! BUT why don't they go the extra little distance and include matching Leupold camo rings and bases ???? It must make too much sense for Remington.

All in all a handy little short medium heavy barreled rifle with the oh so cool fluting. Now with a $50 rebate as well from Remington. That should help cover the gun smithing costs........Hard choice would be cal..... 243 Win or 223 Rem. Either would do just fine in a short 22" tube. I don't see the point of a 22-250 in a 22" barrel...not sure how the 204 Ruger would do in a 22" tube...you tend to see them more in 26" like the 22-250 to milk velocity out of them.
