Remington Model 7 SS

I own a Model 7 SS in 308. Love the gun but would like to find a way to increase the length of pull a bit. I'm not really interested in anything slip on but something more along the line of a replacement recoil pad that would add maybe 1/2 or so to my length of pull. Question, would a Remington R3 recoil pad for the Model 700 fit on a Model 7? Does anyone have any other suggestions to how I might solve my problem. Thanks for any advice.

an R3 pad or a Decelerator should give you a bit more LOP

as for a pre fit pad for a Model Seven, I do not know

Pre fit pads don't fit all that well and require further sizing.

I've put two prefit Limbsavers on and they were both perfect, much better than prefit decelerators. A decelerator would also work, you can buy 1/4 inch spacers to put under them.
