Remington Model 700 SPS, you have 2 versions
are they both heavy barrels ?,
are they both 308win, one say 223rem in the spec's?
and do you have muzzle breaks to sell with them if they have threaded barrels and cost.?
also so one looks like a shorter barrel then 20" but both are listed as 20"
one more thing, one says 4 capacity and the other 5 would they not both hold the same amount of rounds?

The AAC has a threaded barrel 5/8 x 24 IIRC, plus a faster twist rate, which is why it is priced higher.
The capacity on the SPS 308s is 4, a 5th in the chamber.
The picture on the AAC is a 16" and it says 20" in the description so I'm thinking its the 20".
The SPS Tacticals (20" barrels) come with a target barrel, which are the thicker then the varmint barrels.
I couldn't find any muzzle devices on there site.

They will probably have more exact answers but mine should clear up some questions you had.

This fine upstanding CGNer beat us to it today! Everything said is dead-on.

The SPS Tactical and SPS AAC-SD are both 20" barreled rifles; no photograph was available to us of the 20" barreled version back at the time the product was last updated. They're both .308 Winchester. Both feature the heavy profile barrel, not the varmint profile barrel available on the SPS Varmint. We currently do not have any 7.62-caliber muzzle devices in stock but are expecting some this summer.

Cheers,
Daniel

We have acquired Kratos in a trade. We gave the Seattle Seahawks our draft pick and in exchange, Kratos is now our 700 AAC-SD specialist.

Much like the genie in Aladdin, though, these phenomenal cosmic powers come with a price: Gary now gets his phone number and will be texting him questions in the middle of the night about the rifle.

Cheers,
Daniel
