I have an old Remington No. 6 Rolling Block Block Boys Rifle that has been in the family for awhile.
It is the 1903 patent date. the rear stock is cracked and was installed upside down at some point in the past
The fore stock is in good shape and while the metal has no bluing at all it is not pitted although the bore is dark.
I have zero sentimental interest in this old rifle as its history was not kept alive. Is there any collector interest for restoring in these rifles or are they just better off left as is in the back of the safe?
Thanks,
jody
