Remington Platinum Service Plan

Hey guys, does anyone know how to go about initiating the platinum service inspection that was included with my pistol? I've looked on the website and tried calling but haven't found anything. If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it, Thanks!

PS: It's the R1 Enhanced model, beautiful pistol.

Likely an american thing. All it covers is a cleaning and a terse inspection.

Not worth shipping a gun to places unknown, IMO.
