Remington R-15 opinions?

Looking for the good, the bad and the ugly on the Remington R-15 rifle.
I have googled and read but hoping to get some info from those with hands on experience.
It seems to have everything a guy would want in a varmint rig, if it were in fact non res

The R-15 was my first AR...Light weight and very handy feeling...Mine shoots half inch with 55 grain hand loads.

Since I got the R-15 I have graduated into higher end rifles....Les Baer, LMT, Vltor and Noveske...The R-15 is no where near what these rifles are for quality, durability and dependability but at the same time there is something about the R-15's simple light weight handiness and accuracy that makes me keep it.

Thanks. The half MOA is what I’m looking for. I bought one for acdonir rofke to build a Maccabee Defense SLR. I think it should do what I need it to do.

I had a R25. Needed lots of massaging to get it to feed properly
