Remington rebate

I see that Remington has offered mail in rebates on 870/1187 turkey guns. Unfortunately it looks like they are only valid in the USA.

I know there was a Canadian/ US rebate on 870s before Christmas. Too bad the latest offer doesn't include Canada.

Anyone know of any other Canadian "deals" offered?

It was some years ago that I bought my 870 but my memory is very clear on this: There was a $50 rebate coupon with it that said it was only valid in the U.S., but I sent it in anyway and they sent me a cheque for US$50. If you want to buy a Remington that has a rebate offer, you might not get the rebate, but an envelope and stamp to the U.S. is a bet worth making.
 
I sent mine to the states. Got it back 2-3 months later with a $30 US cheque. This was a few months ago. Alternatively, some members here have sent it to the Canadian rep for Remington, and received cheques. YMMV
