Does anyone here have one of these darlings? I'm thinking of one in .350 Remington Magnum at some point in the future. :)

They sure look nice...Jeff.

I think a 350Rem mag would be a handfull in that rifle. I'd be more tempted to get a 700 CDL in 35Whelen if I wanted a 35 cal.

I'd like to see a M7 CDL in a .223.

I don't have one myself, but saw a guy shooting one a few weeks ago at the range. It was one of the nicer looking Remingtons that I have seen.

I just got my 700CDL in 35 Whelen, and she's a beaut!! I put a Leupold Euro 30 in 2-7 X 33mm on it and can't wait to get her out and see what she'll do. Trigger pull sucks though, I thought the safety was on!!

Geez!

Ricky

The M7CDL/350RemMag is a looker. I had one in my hands at a local gunshop and needed a powerful lot of willpower not to blurt "I'll take it". It's just as classy in appearance as the 700CDL in 35Whelen. But with a 4" shorter tube, I liked the scaled down proportions myself and the rifle sights too. It's a slightly handier package then my 700classic/35Whelen. It would pack a simlilarly close powerful wallop if handloaded. It's a handloader's calibre as only one factory load exists - a 200 grain Remington I believe.

The M7 CDL in 350 is a modern, and classier I think, rework of the M660 Magnum concept from the 60s. I have one of those utilitarian originals and use it alot and really like it. So that kept me from laying down the $$$ on the newer and more fetching M7 - for now anyway.

Yours too! A friend of mine got a New 700 in .300win mag. I thought the safety was on also. Could not fire it with the tip of my finger, had to use the big knuckel joint. If the trigger pulls get any worse, we will need a small version of the jaws of life to help move the trigger.

ssssssss

Hey try the new american classic savage with the new clip system and accutrigger, very nice set up, sold my rems for two of these

in my humble opinion Remington missed the boat,...(yes,..again:confused: ) on the M7 CDL 350 Mag....and the 673 350 Mag,......the real-deal M7 Remmy 350 Mag would be the stainless M7 action with a 22" stainless barrel in the standard weight laminate stock, not the chunky 673 stock or better yet, in a B&C stock much like the Ti handle;) ......maybe they'll get it right if they keep trying....until then, I'll keep contemplating building my own...some day I may actually do it:D

For us lefties, the CDL is a dream come true in an affordable production rifle. I wish they had all of the calibers available to us southpaws, as the .260 has been grabbing my interest lately, as has the .35 Whelen.

All of the left-hand calibers are "boring"
