Remington sportsman 58. Whats it worth

I inherited a remington sportsman 58 and had a friend look it over for me. Its in perfect condition and i'm told it may never have even been fired. I'm just looking to see what a shotgun like this might be worth. Any ideas?
 
Is it 12 gauge?
If so, and in good to better condition, around $325. If it's in any other gauge than 12, it may be worth a bit more, specifically 20 gauge. I had one, a BDL with beautiful wood and skeet barrel. Nice shotgun.
