Remington stock questiion!

Hey all, I am buying aremington 700P this saturday in 308. I plan on changing the stock on it to either the aics or something else. But any way, the stock off the 700P is going to get put on my remington 700 ADL in 204. What will I need to use the 700P stock on my ADL? Just a follower for the floor plate? Thanks!

The 700p stock will fit as both are short action 700s. but im not sure the ADL bottom metal will work in the H&S stock. someone else will have to answer that for you

Hey to my knowledge Just a follower and If Im not mistaken the barrel on the 700 police is thicker the the ADL so you may need to do some fitting and/or bedding.
