Remington Targetmaster 510-p

I seem to be on a rimfire kick lately. I'd like to date my target master.
I believe by the barrel date code "PH" that would make it June of 1939.
I'm wondering if there was a way to date it by the serial number for verification. The 510s had a serial number stamped on the barrel under the fore stock.

Mind posting photos of the whole rifle? My Dad has a Model 41 that he picked up a little while back. He had one that was his first gun growing up.
