Anyone know where I might be able to find a firing pin for a targetmaster 41? I think the rifle was made in 1936 and there was about 300000 of them made. I posted an add in the EE but I was hoping someone might be able to help me out in the rim fire forum.
 
you might try Western Gun Parts in Edmonton, Ab....780 489 5711. that part might be pretty tough to find in Canada, good luck.
 
Locating a firing pin for that gun is going to be extremely difficult, if you still have the old firing pin, you may consider having it repaired by replacing the tip.

I will try calling them. Thank you.

Repairing the pin is my second plan... I was hoping I could find another one to replace it. If not I will try and find someone who owns one to get a few dimensions from them. I am pretty sure I could fix it without any measurements but it would make it a whole lot easier.
