Does anybody own a Remington V3 ????

How are they? Any issues? Are they reliable?

Anybody have a new RemArms production one? Thoughts?

I understand that they are a budget offering from Remington and for a semiauto shotgun and derived from the Versamax. But for a budget offering they are still pricey ....

I have bought over 15 brand new 870s in the last 10 years .... and I have an 1100 ... but I am wondering about those V3s .....

So, who has actual experience with a V3??

Oh… that explains where all the 870’s went !! LOL😉
I’m a fan of them as well !!!

Well, certain Remington 870 parts are easier to get if you buy the whole gun .... and resell the parts you don't need .... ;)

I wish the new RemArms company would also focus on producing parts ... but as it looks ... they are only producing guns.

Ok, nobody has experience with a V3?
Nobody owns a V3?

I’m in the same boat as you. I have looked at them lots, and for the right price would like to try one. I ended up picking up a versamax about a year ago, and haven’t fired a lot of rounds through it, but really liking it so far.

Bought one on sale last year. Cycles every thing no problem. The regular charging handle is a bit small and I haven’t found a solution yet. There is a pro version handle but not really available when I looked. It’s a very nice looking shotgun and is very light and easy to handle.
I did notice a decent amount of blow back in my face when shooting slugs. It may just be a gas semi auto shotgun thing though. I do remember my old 1100 being the same.
Steve Gould did a review on the you tube and had lots of good things to say. He’s shot about everything and doesn’t come across as a paid actor when it comes to his opinions.

I’ve run everything from trap loads to full power slugs through mine with no troubles. Some store was selling handles in the last 2 weeks, can’t remember where

I have one. Not a rem arms one. Cycles everything, including light trap loads. I have mine 5 or 6 years now.

My only concern is the lack of spares available. Look at the availability of spares for a Winchester SX4 for comparison.
