Remington Versa Max - where?

I need some help finding the versa max sportsman (want the 3.5" chamber) with 26" barrel and in stock for a reasonable price. I've checked most of the sponsors but no luck do far.
 
I couldn't find a 26" Sportsman anywhere. I ended up settling on a 28". The only 26" guns (not a Sportsman) are at Freedom Ventures from what I can see.
 
You want a 3.5" chamber, or you specifically want the MARKINGS for a 3.5" chamber? Because all Versamax shotguns have the same chamber... the Tactical just isn't marked as such.

From what I've seen, I don't think they can be chopped and threaded because of the back boring. Or atleast nobody makes the tooling to thread to a Rem Pro Bore choke. I'd be curious to see if someone could actually do it though.

Casey at tacord said it might be possible with a thinner walled choke.

Are the longer barrels backbored further up the barrel?

The 22" barrels are threaded and choked with the same chokes. You'd think it would be a standard process regardless of the overall barrel length....
