Remington VRT 597 Tactical .22 Magazine ???

Do anyone know if someone makes steel magazines for Remington VTR 597 Tactical .22 ? if there is, is there a straight (non banana) high capacity available on the market ?

any info appreciated !

I'm almost positive they only make those tacky looking banana mags. I've certainly never heard of let alone scene a straight mag. If they do exists it would make make me a lot more interested in picking up a 597.

Yeah, only have the ugly banana mags. They do work pretty good once they have a bit of time to break in tho. If there were mags similar to the HK UMP .45 mags I'd be all over them. (straight, but angle forward a bit)

Hey this sounds like someting I could do ! No with a hockey stick, but wit a cheap steel airsoft magazine body ! Maybe from a MP5 or a Thompson M1A1 ?

That is some kind of project for me NOW !!
