Remove split primer????

I am loading winchester brass in .223, I have removed the primers and sized. Now that I am priming my cleaned brass I came accross 2 that the primer bottom has been remover but the side of the primer remains. So.... how does one remove this???????

Exactly. It's 223 brass for goodness sake. Don't be such a cheapskate. Your time has got to be worth SOMETHING

I figured this must of happened to someone else and was looking for a simple solution. Your right I do have plenty and throwing them out just did not occur to me. Thanks for the input.
