Removing 686 ejectors

Can anyone explain how I can remove the ejectors on my Beretta 686. I'd like to give the area a good clean. Pics would really help. thanks

Just for information, I just did it and it was not that difficult. Once you see how it goes it's no big deal. No tools required

Just watch your fingers ... the edges are Sharp !
