Removing Bolt from Cooey Model 60?

That stock is BEAUTIFUL!

I've got one of these lovely little guns myself, but it shoots about a mile and a half high at 25 yards with the opens. I've been toying with the idea of putting on a scope or a peep, but I really haven't been able to find anything. Where'd you come across the scope mount? Mine isn't drilled or anything as it is now.
 
This one has the 3/8" groove in the top of the receiver. I just used corresponding .22 rings that came with the Simmons scope to mount it on top. I had to adjust the rings to ensure that they did not interfere with the bolt movement, though.

On the stock I just stripped off the old finish with furniture stripper. Then put on a couple coats of Watco walnut oil finish & let it air dry.

Never shot it with the iron sites. But it's deadly with the scope.
