I bought a Dominion Arms Grizzly 12.5" with the ghost ring sights. I love the gun but the sights were so far off they were useless. The rear sight I was able to remove as it was only screwed on but I am not sure how the front one is held on. Is there a way to take that front sight off and possibly replace it with a bead sight?

they are soldered on.
your best bet is to order a bead sight barrel from CanAm for $149, and put your rear ghost ring sight and matching barrel on the EE. you should be able to get ~$175 for it no prob.
