Removing Norinco M4 muzzle brake--need help!

I just tried to remove the muzzle brake on my Norinco M4 and it just wont budge. :bangHead:I was hoping to unscrew it with out taking the gun apart.

Anyone done it? tips?

you try barrel blocks? My LMT was actually glued in place, I used barrel blocks in a vice and it took an extreme amount of torque to shift it. Actually started to drag the table with the vice attached to it.

If its an adhesive, maybe rockset or similar some quality time with a propane torch might loosen it up abit.
 
Finally the little bastard came off! Throwing the barrel in a wise and using a longer wrench for leverage + all my man power did it.
 
Y U NO listen to greentips?
heat it up with heat gun, remove with girl strenght.
heat gun from can tire will cost you 10$ and will be usefull many times
