Removing powder from RL550

Can anyone explain to me how to remove powder from the RL550's hopper so that I can change powder? Doing it one charge at a time into a primed cartridge seems a bit onerous!

Take the toolhead out (with powder measure attached), dump the powder, and then cycle the 'action' manually a few times while the hopper is inverted. Clean as a whistle.

Pulling out the charge bar after you dump the powder out and cycle the measure a few times will get rid of any remaining powder granules.
