Yeah, I don't need to renew my card, but I need to renew my small game sticker. Think I will hunt wabbits to carry me over through the winter. I am starting to take an interest in snaring and trying to learn as much as I can about it.

Got mine before Christmas. Sadly, I cut up my old one today, with all those nice stickers on the back.
Now I'm down to small game and fishes.

I think I am going to go that route and get a 3 year SG sticker. But then again, my card expires 12/31/08.. hmm. Do those stickers come off easy?

They generally arrange it so all your licenses expire with the card.

There are very few paper licenses in Ontario. You get a nice plastic credit card like card, that they put stickers on the back of. Kinda like an auto license plate for fishermen and hunters.
There are two grades, the H1 for all types of hunting, and the H2, for non-firearms hunting.
Then, you can get a 'T' on your card if you hunt Turkey, and took the course.
It's a lot better than the wad of paper I used to have to carry. Magnetic stripe, so they can just swipe you into the system, when you buy your tag in a store, or, you can buy your tag on the phone.

Guess I will just get another 1 year SG sticker as well as a 1 year sport fishing sticker seeing that my card expires at the end of this year. Then I will just get 3 and 3 built into my card instead of the sticker.

I was hoping for some fish or a moose but turkeys again.

It's Harpers fault !
like me , anybody who got their outdoors card the first year it was mandatory, then we all expire every three years at the same time, unless you let it expire for a year or more. i thinks that's why it takes longer to process when that many need to renew at the same time. did mine over the phone on dec.4 and still don't have it.
had to renew mine.got it in the mail last week so i'm good to go hunting starting todayso who else has to renew this year
Pardon me if this question sounds odd.....are you fellows restricted by statute as to what kind of game you can hunt?
