Are there replacement stocks for the marlin 1895 SS lever action guide guns? I am looking for something grippy like the Hoque overmould I have on my 10/22.
I suppose I could get it finished in that tacticool sniper grip trextured paint I see on some nice bolt actions....what do you think?
It's a primary bush/hiking gun, in great shape......but I would like it to be a little more durable to beatings and easier to grip when wet. As it stands it has a custom muzzle brake and a limbsaver.....soon to have some ghost ring sights....then the stock is the last thing to do other (than a take down conversion!
