Anyone know of the difficulties of getting a barrel made and installed for a 22-250 T3 in Alberta? Looking for a finished 27"SS 1 in 9" twist, with it fluted. Heavy barrel. I want to shoot the new 53grn v-max and heavier bullets with a good BC.

I'm sure some will say that 1:9 is too fast a twist for a 53 gr bullet, but I like fast twist barrels, and have found no loss of accuracy by going as fast as 1:7 in a .22. Besides, if you ever want to use your .22-250 for big game, the 53 gr TSX needs a fast twist.
