Replacement fiber optic rods?

Hey guys,

I wanted to ask, where do you guys get your replacement fiber optic rods (for sights) from in Canada? Brownell's is an option obviously, but I'd like to encourage Canadian dealers if possible.

Any video links on to how to change these? I bought 2 sets one came with red installed and one with green, and extra rod both red and green. I want to swap out the red one with green but Ive never done this before

Remove the current rod by carefully snipping it in half with a pair of side cutters. Insert the new rod (direction-->muzzle to rear sight) and melt the end (rear sight side) with a lighter until it forms a bulb. While the bulb is still pliable pull the rod back towards the muzzle to seat the bulb (don't pull too hard). Snip the rod (muzzle side) an 1/8 of an inch from flush a melt with a lighter until it seats itself.
