I bought a sporter mauser m38 in 6.5x55 swede a little while ago for a second hunting rifle. The rifle shoots great but I was thinking of changing the stock to make it a little more eye catching. The stock on it now has been painted and is in fair condition. Is there a couple of good websites that you may know of to buy the stock and is changing the stock something I could do myself or should I have someone do it for me. Any thought and ideas would be appreciated.

I think Ellwood epps has a Swedish M38 stock set on their website (under "This 'n' That" then "Stocks"). I think they also ship outside Ontario as well.
