I have caspian hi cap race gun in 9x21 and would like to put another top end on it. it has ramped barrel thats bushing less with a 4port comp would i need to have this done by agunsmith or could i go drop-in looking at 9mm or40 the mags are stamped 38 super or 9mm would i have to change followers. going back to std class thanks for your input

From the info you have given I would say that a complete new top would be needed. This is not a drop in. Proper fitting of the barrel is needed. If you change to 40 S&W I believe mags will be needed as well.
