replacing sights on zastava mp22/z5/model 5/charles daily, etc

anybody replaced these sights? and what did you use?

sights are pretty nice that come with the rifle, but looking for something hi viz

hard to find options online, think I need to tap the sights out and measure the dovetail width first, to be certain

any thoughts?
