So... I like many other snapped the decap pin off right at the base where it enters the rod. From my research on the web, and seeing that Sinclair, others sell repalcement pin\rod assemblies, I assumed they were never meant to have the decap pin replaced..  you bought the hole rod...
However.. take the rod with the broken pin, hold it over a propane torch to heat it.. there'll be a small "poof" and the broken off piece exits the rod..
Take a regular Redding decap pin and Krazy glue it in place.. when it breaks, repeat the process.. so far (4 pin replacements) it's worked...(why so many pins.. mass decap of dirty rifle brass prior to processing..
If it's old news, oh well... if not, it'll save you a bunch 'o $$$
